Construction of TransCanada’s Keystone XL (KXL) pipeline project is in America’s best interest.  I am pleased to submit these comments supporting KXL and the findings of the draft Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS) for the Proposed Keystone XL Pipeline Mainline Alternative Route (MAR) in Nebraska published in September 2018.
